Auto-survey policy
Control when discharged patients are surveyed: a buffer, re-survey suppression, and quiet hours.
What it controls
In Settings → Auto-survey policy you set the buffer (how long after a visit enters the system before the survey goes out), the re-survey suppression window (don't re-survey the same patient within this many days), quiet hours, and how many delivery attempts to make before flagging a failure.
How surveys go out
When a new visit is ingested, an auto-survey is scheduled after the buffer. A dispatch job sends due surveys, honoring suppression and quiet hours, and retries transient failures automatically — hands-off.
Visibility
The Imports dashboard shows how many surveys were scheduled, sent, suppressed, or failed, including why surveys were skipped (e.g. recently surveyed or no contact method).
