How it works
When you press Send requests on a campaign, RemedyRite texts recent patients a 0–10 question. Replies are scored: 9–10 promoters, 7–8 passives, 0–6 detractors.
Follow-ups
Detractors automatically receive a configurable follow-up asking what could be improved, so you can recover at-risk patients.
