Importing patient visits
Upload a CSV of visits and self-diagnose any row or column issues.
Format
Download the sample CSV on the Imports page. Required columns: external_visit_id, visit_date, patient_first_name, patient_last_name, patient_phone. Optional columns add email, date of birth, clinic, market_id, diagnosis_code, and provider details.
Fixing errors
After uploading, each invalid row shows the exact column and reason (e.g. bad phone or date). Fix those rows and re-upload — re-imports de-duplicate by external_visit_id.
