Configuring SMS templates
Edit message templates with placeholders like {{firstName}} and preview them live.
Placeholders
Use {{firstName}}, {{clinicName}}, {{providerName}}, {{reviewLink}}, and {{surveyLink}}. They are replaced per patient when the message sends.
Editing
Open Surveys, edit a template body, and watch the live preview update with sample data and SMS segment counts. Save to apply.
